A kinesiologist is an expert in the field of human movement and physical exercise prescription.

Do you prescribe nutrition plans?

I do not prescribe nutrition plans as this is an act reserved for registered dieticians. I can however review the quality of your nutritional intake and make suggestions as needed.

Do you offer receipts for kinesiology?

At this time, I do not.

How do I pay?

All payments are processed through Stripe.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. However, don’t sweat it if you need to cancel late for whatever reason. No one will be charged for the first late cancel. Next late cancel is charged full price unless given a justifiable reason.
